Circa Survive, es un gran grupo de música alternativa y experimental, que combina la potente voz de Anthony Green con riffs de guitarra rítmicos bastante complejos.

Anthony Green se caracteriza por una voz aguda e intensa, casi infantil un método de composición muy distintivo. Fue el antiguo vocalista de Saosin en su primer disco, "Translating the name" (se podría decir que es el impulsor del éxito que cobró esta banda de metalcore).

Esta imagen es del vídeo de la canción "Seven Years" de Saosin en la época en la que Anthony Green era su vocalista. Ha cambiado mucho.

Las canciones de Circa Survive no tienen una estructura fija, juegan mucho con los versos dandoles vueltas por toda la canción, el estribillo en algunas es difícil de discernir, incluso algunas no poseen un estribillo fijo.
